As leader of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) and High Growth Markets, Scott is responsible for building and sustaining our continuous improvement culture, which is the foundation of our business, and for supporting our regional leaders in driving strategy and VES. He and his team are committed to advancing the VES mindset to uplevel our products, processes, and people, and help Veralto’s companies deploy VES tools to optimize critical processes.
Scott joined Videojet as a Product Manager in 2005, where he later served as Director of Sales & Marketing. He went on to serve as General Manager at Dynapar and President of Thomson Linear. In these roles he gained significant experience driving continuous improvement and leading teams through acquisitions and organic growth. Scott is passionate about sustainability and oversaw the environment, health, and safety team that piloted energy and water consumption monitoring methods for all plants globally at Thomson Linear.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and both a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in engineering management from Northeastern University. He lives with his family in Illinois.
