As SVP, Corporate Development, Vaneet works closely with Veralto’s SVP, Strategy and Sustainability to lead strategic M&A, with a focus on creating long-term value for Veralto’s stakeholders. He and his team are responsible for all aspects of M&A and investment execution, including valuation, due diligence, contract strategy, and negotiations.
Vaneet has spent more than 15 years in M&A, including eight years in the Danaher Corporate Development function, leading Danaher’s M&A execution in Europe. He has played an integral role in the acquisition of Danaher’s life science business (Cytiva), the spin-off of its dental business (Envista), and the acquisition of Aldevron. He previously held positions of increasing responsibility in investment banking at Jefferies, a US investment bank.
Vaneet has a BS in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as an MBA from INSEAD. He lives in London, England.
