Lesley Beneteau

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

As SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, Lesley has global responsibility for shaping Veralto’s organizational and people strategies in the areas of culture, talent, learning and development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I). In addition to attracting the best, most diverse talent to Veralto and helping them grow with a strong sense of purpose, she and her team lead compensation and benefits administration, communications, organizational development, and associate relations.

Lesley joined Danaher through the Sciex acquisition in 2010 and supported HR and communication activities throughout the integration. She has held a number of HR leadership roles at the operating company, segment, and corporate level and has led the talent workstream for a number of high-profile acquisitions and divestitures. She most recently served as Danaher’s VP of Talent Management.

In addition to leading Veralto’s DE+I philosophy, practices, and policies, Lesley is the HR executive coach for the Latinx + Friends Associate Resource Group (ARG) and participates actively on numerous ARG committees and as a career coach.

Lesley holds a BSc in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from The University of Toronto. She lives with her husband and children in Toronto, Canada, where she has enjoyed volunteering on the board of her daughter’s skating club, for her son’s hockey and baseball teams, and on her children’s school council. She and her family will relocate to Boston in 2024.
