Surekha Trivedi

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability

As SVP, Strategy and Sustainability, Surekha leads Veralto’s corporate strategy and inorganic growth initiatives, including new market development, deal sourcing and diligence, and strategic planning. She also leads sustainability at Veralto, developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for environment, social impact, and governance (ESG) initiatives and reporting.

Surekha was a key contributor to Danaher’s strategic transformation via $25B of capital deployment and spent 16 years in strategy, M&A and digital leadership roles at Danaher corporate and at the Diagnostics and Environmental and Applied Solutions (now Veralto) segments. She previously spent 10 years in science and technology startups in R&D, product development, and commercial roles.

Surekha was a founding member of the steering committee for Danaher’s first Associate Resource Group, Women + Friends, and the founding executive sponsor of Danaher India Women + Friends. At Veralto, she is active as a friend in the LGBTQ + Friends Associate Resource Group.

Surekha holds BS and MS degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and an MBA from UCLA. Deeply committed to education and commercial applications of science, she was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Mass Media Fellow in Science Journalism and currently serves on the Student Life Visiting Committee to the MIT Corporation (MIT’s Board of Trustees). She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters.
