Surekha Trivedi

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability

Surekha leads Veralto’s corporate strategy and inorganic growth initiatives, including new market development, deal sourcing and diligence, and strategic planning. She also leads sustainability at Veralto, developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for environment, social impact, and governance (ESG) initiatives and reporting.

Prior to Veralto’s separation from Danaher as an independent company in 2023, Surekha held leadership roles at Danaher and was a key contributor to Danaher’s strategic transformation via $25B of capital deployment. She spent 16 years in strategy, M&A and digital leadership roles at Danaher Corporate and at its Diagnostics and Environmental and Applied Solutions segments. She also spent 10 years in science and technology startups in R&D, product development, and commercial roles.

At Danaher, Surekha was a founding member of the steering committee for its first Associate Resource Group, Women + Friends, and the founding executive sponsor of Danaher India Women + Friends. At Veralto, she is active as an ally to several Associate Resource Groups.

Surekha holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in materials science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Deeply committed to education and commercial applications of science, she was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Mass Media Fellow in Science Journalism and currently serves on the Student Life Visiting Committee to the MIT Corporation (MIT’s Board of Trustees). She lives with her family in Washington, DC.
